Lives could be at risk with lifebuoys thrown into lake

LIFEBUOYS have been tossed into a lake in a family Birmingham park.
-
More than a dozen of the lifesaving devices were thrown into the water in Ward End Park.
The bright orange rings, which help keep people afloat in an emergency, were left in the lake alongside other litter, with some claiming they had been there for months.
The situation would prove perilous if anyone got into difficulty and needed the buoys.
