A SEX worker mum has been jailed for tying up men in hotels to beat and rob them.

- CARL JACKSON

Caprice Brown lured the first victim, an Aston Villa fan, to Jurys Inn on Broad Street in Birmingham city centre.

Brown, then aged 19, and an unknown accomplice tied him up with masking tape and burnt him with a hot iron.

The pair later used his bank details to buy a £1,000 iPhone from Argos.

Brown was then involved in a second similar incident at the Britannia Hotel Coventry where a man was restrained in handcuffs and threatened with scissors.

She targeted him with two other females, one of whom was Karissa Alfrez, then 20, who identified as a woman but is now a man by the name of Damani Scott-Slue.

Both were jailed at Birmingham Crown Court on Tuesday.

Brown, now 25, of no fixed address, was sentenced to nine years after admitting two charges of robbery as well as fraud and assaulting an emergency worker.

Scott-Slue, also 25, of The Leverrettes, Handsworth, received six years after being found guilty of one offence of robbery after a trial. Judge Simon Drew KC told them: “These were really nasty offences.
