Appeal for answers after Wolves fan is found dead in Spain
Birmingham Mail
|October 01, 2025
THE family of a man who was tragically found dead in Spain has issued a heartfelt plea for information about his last movements.
Josh Rogers travelled to Lloret de Mar on Friday, September 19, on a solo trip.
Sadly, the 33-year-old was found dead in a wooded area a few days later on Tuesday, September 23.
He had last been seen on CCTV on Saturday, September 20, and is thought to have had a number of euros on him at the time.
When his remains were found, his phone and money were missing, and his relatives are now working to find out how he died.
They strongly believe Josh was ‘taken’ to where he was found dead.
He had a distinctive Wolves badge tattooed on his arm, and it is hoped that someone may have seen him in the hours leading up to his death.
A spokesman for the family said: “Josh flew out on Friday, September 19, on a solo trip to Lloret de Mar, Spain.
“His body was tragically discovered in a wooded area of the town on Tuesday, September 23.
