£23k trail of destruction left by 'cowboy' builder

Some of the bizarre and shoddy work done by Neil Parker

Neil Parker, trading as P&B Garden Buildings, was paid to convert an extension into a bedroom with a shower room in Bilston.

However the defendant carried out poor work alongside those he employed and did not finish the job.

Instead, he left behind trip hazards, defective installations and a window and door that were neither watertight nor fully operable.

The homeowners, one of whom is disabled, had wanted the extension to avoid having to go up stairs.

But due to Parker's poor workmanship, they have no choice but to do this now.

Meanwhile, their room was left so cold that the homeowners require the heating on constantly and sleep in woolly hats.
