£127m boost for huge skyscraper flats project

LOAN SECURED TO BUILD HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS OF 46 AND 15 FLOORS
A SIGNIFICANT new funding package has been clinched for the construction of a substantial new apartment complex that could change the appearance of Birmingham's skyline.
The teams at Court Collaboration and Select Property, who are spearheading the Edition Birmingham venture, have secured a hefty £127.5 million loan from Eldridge Real Estate Credit.
This financial boost complements the existing backing from PGIM to Court Collaboration for the project.
