Robbie's set for a lot of love and affection
Bath Chronicle

The countdown is on for the Robbie Williams concert at the Royal Crescent, Bath, and plans are already afoot to get the iconic site ready ahead of the show this month, as Nancy Connolly reports
Robbie Williams kicked off his tour to rave reviews in Edinburgh on Saturday, whetting the appetites of ticket holders in Bath.
Concerts at the Royal Crescent, one of the most beautiful backdrops in the country, have become legendary since we saw The Three Tenors: Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras on the stage in the magnificent Crescent lawns on a balmy night on August 7, 2003.
Anyone who was there will never forget it, the excitement of the three famous tenors walking out on the stage at the Royal Crescent.
It was magical, you could hear Nessun Dorma belting out across the whole city, it was one of the most memorable nights ever in the city of Bath, with fireworks afterwards and people promenading and celebrating the beauty of this, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
Then we had the melodious and super charmer Michael Buble in July 2022, another magnificent night to remember in Bath.
But this year we have one of the most popular entertainers of our time, Robbie Williams, and the venue is set to rock as the artist famous for his rapport with the crowd is all set to entertain us, big style.
