PM directs Isoc to step up scam fight

Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has directed the Internal Security Operations Command (Isoc) to intensify efforts to combat transnational crime and online scammers in 2026.

Isoc will also step up action against technology-based crimes, including call-centre gangs, scammers, and transnational terrorism, while strengthening public awareness and building local networks for intelligence reporting, Mr Anutin said. He said these national security challenges remain a top priority for the government and must be addressed urgently.
