Emily In Paris star Ashley Park's 5 fav places in Rome
FONTANA DELLE TARTARUGHE The Turtle Fountain is another must, but Park's preference is to capture the allure in the Fontana delle Tartarughe, also known as the Turtle Fountain, in Rome's Piazza Mattei. "It's a small square, but it's so beautiful and intimate. I love the turtles on the fountain. I went there with my friend last year during Season 4, the end of which was also after in Rome, was singing Beautiful Rome, and we went to the fountain. It's just a very special place to me. It's one of those places where you can just kind of just stumble upon," Park recalled. "It's one of those places where you can just kind of just stumble upon," Park recalled.

By gondola, speedboat and even a horse. Those were some of the exotic and over-the-top modes of transportation that Ashley Park's character, Mindy Chen, used to experience Italy in this season of Emily In Paris.
Season 5, which debuted this month on Netflix, is mostly set in Rome after Emily Cooper (played by Lily Collins) vacated her Parisian digs to chase a new career opportunity and Italian love interest. Emily's passionate and supportive best friend, Mindy, tagged along, naturally.
Park, who resides in Los Angeles, appreciates the go-with-the-flow spontaneity of cities like Rome, Paris and New York, where she previously lived. While the show was shooting in the Eternal City, she wandered Rome's cobblestone streets, disposable camera in hand, stopping in neighbourhood cafes and often dipping into historic and colourful churches.
