Date set for referendum

A referendum has been announced for Feb 8, asking voters a single question: whether they agree that a new constitution should be drafted.
The Royal Gazette yesterday published the Prime Minister's Office announcement designating Feb 8, 2026 as the referendum date, with the question worded: “Do you approve that a new constitution should be drafted?”
