Tiffany & Co celebrates the design, creativity and vision of Jean Schlumberger
Tiffany & Co will showcase “A Legendary Legacy”, the first exhibition of its kind in Southeast Asia and the brand's first exhibition in Thailand.
“A Legendary Legacy” offers an exploration of Tiffany & Co's storied design heritage through the lens of designer Jean Schlumberger and The Tiffany Archives. Jean Schlumberger is renowned for his fantastical creations, possessing an uncanny ability to bring the world around him to life. His jewellery designs depict his surreal creations of flora, fauna and fabric in diamonds and gemstones, often inspired by his travels or places he lived in.
Schlumberger began his collaboration with Tiffany in 1956 and he created some of Tiffany's most iconic designs, including the Bird On A Rock brooch, paillonné enamel bangles, the Cooper bracelet and the Sixteen Stone diamond ring.
The exhibition takes visitors on a glittering journey through five “galleries” and displays the enduring relationship between Schlumberger and Tiffany & Co. Within each chapter, a curated selection of pieces from The Tiffany Archives illustrates the brand's rich legacy of creativity and craftsmanship.
