Tributes to local greengrocer said to be full of 'heart and soul'
Tributes have been paid to a businessman described as the “heart and soul” of a popular greengrocers who died suddenly.
Scott Grant, 44, was one of the key players behind Grants of Prestwick - a family-run business which has been part of the town for more than 70 years.
W. A. & E. Grant Fruiterers was originally formed in 1947 by William Grant in partnership with his wife Ella.
It has grown to become a well known Ayrshire brand run by three generations of the same family including Scott and his brother Struan.
