Gardens Rugby Football Club (RFC) made a significant visit to Langa over the weekend, where their teams faced off against Busy Bees RFC.
In the main match of the day, Gardens' first team secured a comfortable 29-17 victory over the home side in their Super League C encounter, marking their fifth win in six outings.
Despite the impressive performance by Gardens, the celebrations hardly matched the atmosphere on the other pitch, where the women's teams were competing.
The Gardens women's side took on Busy Bees women, who, according to the records are a couple of stages above them in terms of competition.
However, as is often the case in sports, the game is not played on paper.
The massive celebration came from the Gardens side, albeit in a losing effort, when they scored their first try of the season.
