A NEW pub is set to open in Farnham this summer, representing a first-of-its-kind concept for the area.
The Third Monkey, an independently-owned gastropub and fine dining restaurant, will open in South Street and will feature a very talented chef.
Having trained under Michelin Star chef Adam Smith at Coworth Park in Ascot, and worked at the luxurious Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa in Bagshot, executive chef Adam Fisher brings a wealth of experience and creative flair to the new pub.
The 34-year-old chef, born in Ascot, is known for his powerful flavour-forward cooking and meticulous approach to re-imagining classic dishes, and his menus will offer ambitious, hyper-seasonal meals.
Combining elevated simplicity with a strong commitment to sustainability and zero waste practices, diners can expect only the finest locally-sourced British produce.
