HARRY COUSINS hit a record 54-yard field goal as Rushmoor Knights beat Cambridgeshire Cats 30-6 in the British American Football Association's Premier League South.

In the final home game of the season, the Knights took the opening drive and went straight to the house with runs from Harvey Macey, a completed pass to Matthew Rickard and a scramble from quarterback Emmanuel Crispin before Macey ran in for the final eight yards.

Cousins secured the PAT (point after touchdown) to make it 7-0.

Cats receiver Kevin Hucks then ran 80 yards from the kick-off down the left-side line to put a dent in Knights' great start. William Browning saw his PAT blocked and the scored stood at 7-6.
