Kids enjoyed theme park trip thanks to charity team

Children from Lanarkshire were part of a group who enjoyed a fantastic fun trip to a theme park in the Midlands thanks to the Les Hoey MBE DreamMaker Foundation.

Nine children and their families travelled by coach to Drayton Manor Theme Park and Zoo in Tamworth on a summer trip for the weekend and had a magical couple of days, courtesy of the North Lanarkshire charity.

There were four DreamMaker children accompanied by their siblings and parents

The Les Hoey MBE DreamMaker Foundation helps children with life-threatening illnesses, many of whom are going through gruelling treatments, to enjoy experiences such as days out and weekends away, and to meet celebrities.
