Albion boss: We can't pay players much but we can kick-start careers
Albion Rovers will need to bring trialists in to rebuild their squad for next season in the Lowland League.
Boss Sandy Clark and assistant George Paterson have signed on for next season at Cliftonhill, despite taking pay cuts and facing a drastically reduced playing budget.
While the former St Johnstone gaffer says he has four signed and another 'three or four' in talks, the bulk of their squad will be kids.
But what he can offer is a platform, which saw Kai Kirkpatrick leap up to League One with Kelty Hearts this summer.
Clark said: "I have four players signed, which I know doesn't sound a lot, but at this moment in time I'm happy with it.
"I have another three or four who I hope I get, in the budget-range that we're talking about.
"After that, new ones and fresh faces will come in, and we need to try and make the best that we can from that.
