Mercedes hit & run: HC stays father's bail

Justice Sandip Bhatt of the Gujarat High Court on Wednesday stayed an order of the magisterial court granting bail to Milap Shah whose minor son rammed a Mercedes into a watchman in Bopal, killing him on September 14.
-
Following the incident, cops had arrested Shah for allowing his minor son to drive the car though he did not have a driving licence and ran the risk of causing an accident.
The Bopal police had made Shah an accused under various sections of the Motor Vehicles Act and BNS.
