Senior BCG member says lack of updates to RTO leaves cleared challans marked as pending dues
A senior member of the Bar Council of Gujarat (BCG) has raised concerns that the issue of e-challan cases settled through Lok Adalats should be communicated to the RTO to ensure that the challans are not shown as due in the name of the vehicle owners. The Lok Adalat disposed of 74,088 cases of e-challan on Saturday.
