Authority begins issuing notices, warns of fines for failing to display mandatory details in hoardings, advertisements
The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has begun issuing notices to developers who have failed to display the mandatory QR code, registration number and website details on hoardings and other publicity material of their real estate projects. The watchdog is also considering imposing fines on violators.
