Drunk man totters into Bopal police stn; booked

FIR says he entered station; PI says he was 'at the gate'

In an incident that has left both the police and locals shaking their heads, and some chuckling, a 25-year-old drunk man sauntered into Bopal police station on Wednesday evening, seemingly unaware that it was the one place drunk people in Gujarat should avoid.

Vishalsinh Parmar, resident of Binori Bungalows on the Bopal-Ghuma Road, walked into the station around 6.30 pm. Initially, the on-duty cops thought he might have been beaten up or met with an accident.
