Booth Level Officers (BLOs) involved in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list are grappling with severe server issues that are hampering their ability to complete online updates. While fieldwork such as distributing and collecting enumeration forms is on track, the digitisation process has slowed to a crawl due to repeated technical errors.
