Foodstalls cannot make and sell food items without staff wearing caps, gloves, aprons
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced a set of stringent guidelines for food stall operators during the upcoming Navratri festival.
These regulations, issued by the Food Department of AMC, aim to ensure food safety and hygiene standards. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of licences for food stall holders.
