LEISTON left it late to overcome a resilient Rushall side as they move a step closer to securing a play-off place.
The Blues welcomed back Rossi Jarvis, but fellow defender Adam Bailey-Dennis was still out with a calf injury.
Rushall worked a chance after only 12 seconds, and Sam Donkin had to produce a great save to deny the Andre Carvalho-Landell.
The visitors worked some good chances early on, creating corners but the Blues defended well. In the 11th minute, Ben Fowkes’ free-kick was met by Jacob Weaver and he helped set up a chance for the lively Samuel Mantom who hit a thunderous effort against Donkin’s crossbar.
