GAINSBOROUGH Trinity clinched a playoff berth from this action-packed stalemate, while Radcliffe face a final day dogfight.
Boro went ahead in the game through Ewan Bange on 15 minutes, but Clayton Donaldson levelled for the Holy Blues just ten minutes later.
The home side started the game strongly, attempting to bounce back from successive defeats that has left their playoff hopes hanging by a thread.
They played the ball well, with space available to Jake Thompson and Matty Grivosti between the Trinity lines.
Boro used the space they were given to produce the opener on 15 minutes. Luca Navarro found his way to the byline and crossed low into the six-yard area for Bange to tap home.
