It's Terminator Part III as boss is back

SO, THE Terminator did come back! Julian Dicks has returned for a third spell in the Heybridge Swifts hotseat and he's hungrier than ever for success.
Dicks, the former West Ham and Liverpool hardman leftback, flew back to familiar surroundings at Scraley Road this week having last been in charge at the Essex club just under three years ago.
The 55-year-old takes over from Steve Tilson, who guided the Swifts agonisingly close to the Isthmian North play-offs last season, and admits it feels like coming home.
"I'm just delighted to be back," the Hammers legend, affectionately known as the Terminator, told The NLP.
"It's a great club, it's personal to me. I enjoyed being back at the stadium again and the pitch is looking great.
"They were knocking on the door of promotion last season, and I see no point in being in this game if you don't aim for the top, so I'm completely clear what my ambition is.
"Look, it won't be easy.
