With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, including leading business transformation, expanding teams to meet accelerated growth, and evangelizing artificial intelligence technology with customers, she has carved her own niche.
Prativa started her career with PwC India after graduating from NIT Rourkela with a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering and earning an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management in Bhubaneswar. Before joining Adobe, she served as VP Digital Sales for IBM's APAC region. Aligning with Adobe's values of creating the future distinctly and uniquely, she was quick to take on her leadership role.
