For the second consecutive year, Newsweek and global data research firm Statista have partnered to rank America's Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities in 2025. To provide people looking for guidance on CCRCs with a comprehensive resource for informed decision-making, Statista and Newsweek have partnered for the second time to award the leading 300 America's Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities 2025 in the U.S. The 25 states with the most CCRCs were included in the ranking. To create the ranking, a score was calculated for each CCRC included in the analysis.
