The Father of Philippine Glass Sculpture, Ramon Orlina, views both his glass art and furniture as crafts that demand passion and an eye for small details.

When approaching the design of his living space, which he says provides “good energy and peace”, he opts for a neutral colour palette to accommodate the frequent changes of the paintings on his walls. Orlina bought the Ethan Allen sectional, which can also convert into a sleeper, for his residence's family hall connected to his workshop as a practical addition.
