JASON AND AMANDA STILL WANT ANSWERS
Ten agonising years have passed since Jason and Amanda Westbrook last saw their beautiful, 15-year-old daughter Eden alive.
"We remember every second of her last evening with us February 17, 2015," Amanda, 53, tells New Idea.
Shockingly, the next morning, their precious girl was found hanging from a tree in a local park in St Helens, a small town on Tasmania's north-east coast.
Police quickly concluded that schoolgirl Eden had died by suicide. But Amanda and Jason have always believed she was murdered.
"Eden had so much to live for. She wasn't suicidal," Jason, 56, insists. Amanda adds: "She was a child of joy, imagination and grace; the peacemaker in our family." On their last night together, Eden, the fifth of Jason and Amanda's seven kids, was home with her family when she suddenly decided to go outside.
