Nachos Bean Jaffles

SERVES 4

PREP & COOK 20 MINS

■ 50g butter, slightly softened

■ 8 slices large white sandwich bread

■ ½ cup mild chunky tomato salsa

■ 8 slices tasty cheese

■ 300g can baked beans in tomato sauce

■ ¼ cup drained sliced pickled jalapeños

■ 1 avocado, sliced

1 Spread half the butter evenly over half the bread slices. Turn over, butter-side down. Spread with salsa.

2 Place a slice of cheese over the salsa on each one. Top evenly with baked beans, jalapeños, avocado and remaining cheese.

3 Spread remaining butter over remaining bread slices. Place, butter-side up, over cheese.

4 Cook sandwiches, in two batches, in a heated jaffle maker for about 3-4 mins, or until golden brown.

5 Cut in half to serve.
