This Techtober, Sony brings the sound, Vivo the cameras, and ASUS the gaming action
There's something oddly thrilling about October's lineup of launches. It's not just spec upgrades, it's intent. Sony has gone premium on silence, JBL has made headphones that can literally transmit sound to other devices, and Asus is making Xbox handhelds a thing. Even Huawei is bringing medical-grade blood pressure tracking to your wrist. Here's a look at the biggest tech debuts this month that are worth your money or at least your curiosity.
SONY WH-1000XM6
Price: Rs 49,990
Sony's flagship noise-cancelling headphones just got a serious upgrade. The WH-1000XM6 packs 12 omnidirectional microphones, a new HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3, and 30mm dynamic drivers tuned in collaboration with some of the world's best mastering studios. They're lighter, sleeker, and apparently smarter, with an Adaptive NC Optimiser that adjusts to your surroundings in real time. Expect up to 40 hours of playback, touch controls, and support for LDAC and LC3 audio formats. The carbon fibre dome and vegan leather headband are nice touches too, literally.
ASUS ROG XBOX ALLY & ALLY XPrice: Rs 69,990 & Rs 1,14,990
