Your move from France to India has marked a significant shift. How did India’s rich wellness traditions and cultural heritage influence your journey into the skincare industry?

What I have discovered in India is the deeply holistic approach to beauty and wellness. It is so much more rooted and meaningful compared to what I have experienced in French culture (where I come from). In France, we tend to have a more clinical view of beauty. But in India, there is a strong understanding that beauty comes from within. There’s a rich heritage here, with centuries of Ayurvedic traditions and home remedies.

What I have really learned is that you cannot just hand someone a cream and consider your job done. Beauty and wellness are a journey. It is something you need to offer in its entirety to truly make a difference in someone's life.

What is your personal wellness philosophy?

It starts with movement. Playing a lot of sports, anything that makes you sweat. You need to sweat it out. The body needs to be activated. And then, make sure you get enough sleep. For the rest, just apply your Spiceology products.
