The group's transformation strategy, including a long history of divestments, strategic acquisitions, and partnerships, as well as its adaptiveness to changes and demands across the regulatory environment, and its robust pipeline remain supportive of its long-term prospects. The more focused entity holds a strong competitive position and remains well-positioned to benefit from the healthy demand for sustainable crop protection and enhanced yield amid growing constraints on natural resources.
Technically, a price close to the lower range of an inclining channel pattern makes the stock attractive as an investing option (see the red and green trendlines on the main chart as well as the insert). Higher highs and higher lows define the pattern. A breakout from a recent temporary correction against the general bullish trend is supportive. The correction has already commenced, and the expectation is for the price to progress upwards from the lower range of this pattern.
Based on the Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicator, the share will be overbought at $140.00 (initially $145.00), which classifies our profit target of $134.00 as realistic.
