Huber's Butchery unveils modern revamp after 17 years

Huber’s Butchery, a Dempsey stalwart known as a purveyor of gourmet delights and carnivorous treats, has just come out of a revamp after 17 years in the business. The 14,000-square-foot (1,300-square-metre) butchery-and-bistro concept now boasts a modern farmhouse look, complementing a neutral shade of grey with red and white accents.

But the differences are more than just cosmetic. The longstanding family-run butchery offers a slew of amenities and products ranging from the customer-centric to the eco-friendly.

Case in point: Temperature-controlled self-collection lockers outside of the store, accessible 24 hours a day to enable fussfree physical pickups for online orders at your convenience.
