As dusk falls on the Chaliyar river, a home akin to a jewel box comes to life with warm light emanating through its all glass façade. Calicut-based architecture firm Thought Parallels' Nikhil Mohan and Shabna Nikhil have crafted this 2,200 sq.ft holiday home that beckons visitors with its stunning design, conceptualized and brought to life by the ingenious architects. They were approached by an NRI father and son duo who run multiple businesses in the Middle East but originally hail from Calicut, to create a soothing getaway which immersed them into the natural beauty and landscape of Kerala.
