‘I love everything being neutral because I don’t want to get bored in a few years with the handles or the colour of the kitchen,’ says Maria. ‘I can add interest with accessories and decorations.’

'I love Scandinavian-style interiors,' says Maria, 'and steel-framed glazing was a must-have - everything needed to work around those.'
