Simon Francis, who works in shipping, admits to being a fan of home renovation, following the endeavours of others on popular TV programmes such as Grand Designs. 'I could be described as being a bit of a super fan of Grand Designs, as well as potentially being one of Rightmove's most frequent users!' he says, describing how his persistence paid off when searching for the perfect property on the Cornish coast for himself and his family. 'Ukiyo came to the market in early 2018 and it ticked every box – modernistic, unique, potential and with one of the best views in Cornwall.'
