By her own admission, Linda Robson has always struggled with her weight and body image. ‘My weight has yo-yoed so much over the years,’ she confessed. But after decades of diets and mental health struggles, Linda finally feels confident in herself and has found a healthy balance when it comes to food.

‘I’m fine with my figure now. I’m always going to have a bit of a tummy. I get that from my mum,’ she said.

Having been in the public eye since the age of 12, it’s no wonder Linda struggled for so many years when it came to her relationship with her body. ‘I’ve spent most of my life on one sort of diet or another, even when I probably didn’t need to,’ she admitted. ‘I’ve done WeightWatchers and used slimming pills – I’ve tried just about every one available and they’re all horrible.
