Did you recognise your favourite royals in these TV and film cameos?

Lights, Camera, CURTSY

King Charles

When Corrie turned 40 back in 2000, the then-Prince Charles thought it was only right to pop into the Rovers for a stiff one to celebrate, with Denise Welch's character Natalie Barnes doing the pouring honours. After meeting the cast, HRH, 76, had a cameo in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it fictional news report outside Weatherfield town hall.

Queen Camilla

imageHer husband may be famous for talking to the plants in his garden, but Camilla proved to be green-fingered too when she appeared on screen with telly favourite Monty Don. The then-Duchess of Cornwall toured Monty's Longmeadow garden in Herefordshire for an episode of Gardeners' World in August 2021. Camilla described gardening as a 'spiritual experience,' and revealed she spent time gardening during the pandemic, but that wildlife creatures were no respecter of her royal plot. 'I'm lucky I've got a big vegetable garden, but the mice ate all the asparagus roots and got into the strawberries this year, so you can never win,' she said.

Zara and Mike Tindall

imageDown to earth royals Zara, 43, and Mike, 46, showed off their fun side in 2019 when they made an appearance on Top Gear. During the episode, the couple both climbed into the driving seat and went head-to-head in a high-speed drive around the racetrack. In one nail-biting moment, Zara lost control of a Toyota GT86, and sent her car zooming into a grass verge. Mike ultimately won, before they shared a kiss at the finish line, with Mike teasing, 'I've seen you drive faster to Waitrose!'

MIRROR, MIRROR...

Not feeling your best? Even if you think you eat well, you might be falling short of all the vitamins and minerals you need. Deficiencies are linked to increased risk of dementia, depression, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and obesity. The good news? 'It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months for deficiencies to show, but tuning in to your appearance can help you to identify when something is wrong,' says nutritionist Jenna Hope. Here's how to interpret the telltale visual clues...
