Looking and feeling great, Ranvir Singh shares her shape-up secrets
TV presenter Ranvir Singh has been flooded with gushing comments on social media lately. ‘You look stunning,’ ‘You look in sensational shape and you’re so naturally beautiful,’ and ‘You’ve always looked good [but] at the moment you’re absolutely glowing,’ fans praise. It’s no surprise. The Good Morning Britain star, 48, has a new air of confidence having shed a few pounds and by her own admission, healed her relationship with food. Here she reveals how she did it.
Hitting the gym
In 2025, Ranvir decided to take her fitness more seriously. ‘For the first time in my life, I’ve been consistent in going to the gym,’ she says after having previously admitted, ‘I am a stone and a half overweight.’ And the mum of one found a clever way to keep herself motivated to lace up those trainers. ‘I started at a little women-only one, and it’s made me realise how intimidated I had been, often feeling that gyms were somewhere that I didn’t belong. But since I joined this gym, I’ve actually wanted to go.’
As for what exercise she’s been loving, Ranvir says, ‘I’ve been doing more weight training, which is why I actually have lost a bit of weight in the last year.’
