Indulge and still lose weight with our booze-friendly plan

Drink wine, DROP A DRESS SIZE

The secret to successful dieting is to make your eating habits healthier, but still allow yourself a treat every now and again. This way, you won't feel deprived and are more likely to stay on track. So, if you can't imagine the sunny period without a glass of wine, we've put together a foolproof plan. Here's how to treat yourself and still drop a dress size.

How it works

Choose one breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack from our list of healthy meals - we've done the calorie counting for you, so you don't have to. The best bit? You're also allowed 1x125ml glass of wine daily. Aim to follow the plan for four weeks.

Breakfasts

* A small mashed avocado piled on a slice of wholemeal or seeded bread from a small loaf.

* Bowl of strawberries & blueberries with 150g Greek yogurt, and 1tbsp porridge oats sprinkled over.

* 1 small slice seeded bread spread with 1tbsp almond or peanut butter. Slice of melon.

* 50g nutty muesli with semi-skimmed milk, topped with raspberries.

* 2 poached medium eggs with steamed spinach on a small slice of wholemeal or seeded toast.

* Porridge made with 50g oats and semi-skimmed milk.
