Watermelon Pizza is the perfect treat for a hot summer day or for the 4th of July

The Ingredients

• Cottage Cheese

• Mint leaves

• fresh-squeezed orange juice

• 2 cups sliced strawberries, diced peaches, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, halved cherries, etc. (you can use different kinds of fruit)

The Method

On a plate slice watermelon into triangles. Add fruit, cottage cheese, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Top with mint leaves.

  • 1 lb. ground turkey

  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
