There are no short-cuts and cheat days or cheat sheets; perseverance is the key to gain healthy aging experience and become a super-ager.
Life is a set of experiences from birth time till death time. And in this set of experiences, is the concept of aging, the momentum of aging increases after 40 years. Aging is an inevitable part of life and is defined as the progressive decline in body functions with time. Metabolism, which is the sum of all chemical reactions occurring in the body, slows down and gets stressed too during aging. During aging mental and physical capacity too slow down progressively and ultimately, aging leads to death.
• Cell aging
The cellular basis of aging is cell aging or cell senescence. Toxic overload in cells and slower replacement of dying cells with new cells leads to cell and body aging, respectively. New research points out that dying cells release chemicals that cause chronic or long term inflammation, and this leads to age-related disorders. Further research is on to develop substances called senolytics that shall reduce cell senescence and eliminate aged cells.
