• Limited mobility or range of motion if the tumor affects joints or muscles.
• Bone pain or fractures in cases of bone sarcoma.
• Abdominal discomfort or distension in cases of abdominal sarcoma.
• Unexplained weight loss and fatigue, particularly in advanced stages.
