During the interview, Manas Nandi, Editor-In-Chief of Food Infotech Magazine for Food Processing, enquired about innovations, sustainability, and new developments across different segments of Mettler-Toledo's product portfolio.
We, at ANUGA 2025, are displaying our latest product, which is the M-series metal detector. This is basically for wet applications, which are very challenging applications for a metal detector. This caters to the need of products like meat, seafood, frozen food, and ice cream.
