Make this a fun baking project with the kids
Stuffed-crust chocolate pizza
Like a savoury pizza, this chocolate version can be topped with anything you fancy. We’ve used marshmallows, but sliced bananas, chopped chocolate bars, broken pretzels and caramel sauce would all work well, too.
SERVES 6-8 PREP 20 mins plus 2 hrs proving COOK 20 mins MORE EFFORT V
40g unsalted butter
200ml milk, plus extra for brushing
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
1 tsp fast-action dried yeast
2 tsp golden caster sugar
40g milk chocolate chips
