To help you look—and feel—your radiant best, Dr Madhuri Agarwal, founder of Yavana Aesthetics Clinic, has drawn up a handy list to ensure you stay a step ahead of every bridal beauty emergency:
You wake up with puffy eyes on the day of your wedding
A common problem that has a quick fix: keep a stainless steel teaspoon in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until it’s really cold. Take the spoon out and place it over one lid at a time. The cold will constrict the blood vessels and reduce puffiness. You can also opt for a light massage around the eyes with aloe vera gel or a light moisturiser to relax the eyes.
