What inspired you to start The Sikh Group?

The Sikh Group began with one simple idea — to connect Sikhs globally and celebrate our collective success. Wherever I travelled, I met incredible Sikhs doing amazing things, yet their stories weren't being told. I wanted to change that. That's how The Sikh Directory, The Sikh Awards, The Sikh 100, and The Sikh Match were born — to unite, empower, and showcase our community's achievements across business, leadership, and beyond.

How do you blend business with your faith in everyday life?

For me, business and faith are deeply intertwined. Sikhism teaches Kirat Karni — to work hard and honestly — and Vand Chakna — to share what we have. Every project I take up is guided by these principles. My faith keeps me grounded; it reminds me that success has real meaning only when it uplifts others.
