What do you think is the most significant barrier to female empowerment today?

One of the most significant barriers is the persistence of deep-rooted societal norms and unconscious biases. These shape perceptions of women's roles and capabilities-at home, in the workplace, and in leadership spaces. Until we address these ingrained attitudes, true empowerment remains a challenge.

What is the change that is most needed?

We need a fundamental shift towards a world where women have equal access to opportunities and decision-making power. A world where women are valued equally across all spheres-personal, professional, and societal.
