Every morsel of food Nara feeds her family is homemade - but not everyone is impressed

PICTURE the scene: you're nine months pregnant with your third kid and your husband tells you he wants a sausage egg McMuffin for breakfast.

Go and get it yourself, you say. I have enough to do. Right? Well yes, that's what most of us would do - but most of us aren't Nara Smith.

This young woman rises from her bed at the crack of dawn and heads for the kitchen to make a muffin, juicy sausage patties and even ketchup entirely from scratch.

Her makeup is perfect, her hair on point, her outfit borderline seductive and she walks us through every step of her meal preparation in a mesmerising, whispery monotone.

Nara describes cooking for her husband, Lucky Blue Smith, and their three kids as her "love language". She creates almost everything from the ground up, including Oreo cookies, granola, yoghurt, butter and cheese.

When she says she's making peanut butter and jam sandwiches, she means she's creating every component by hand -including the bread.

Two weeks after giving birth she was back at it, whipping up bubble gum because her sister was in town and "craving some so bad". And because hey, who doesn't love bubble gum!

Nara is also stepmom to Gravity Blue Smith, Lucky's daughter with Stormi Bree, a model who's dating Joe Jonas. But does Nara let the fact her hubby's ex is dating a rock star intimidate her? She does not.

The South African-German model and influencer is carving her own spotlight and has attracted more than seven million Tik Tok followers with her next-level culinary skills and unflappable ways.

She also showcases her sophisticated dinner dates with her husband, making it all look as easy as the pies she creates in her crumb-less kitchen.

Twenty-something Nara says she only recently discovered her considerable culinary talents after dealing with a severe bout of eczema.
